陆巍，1993年毕业于南京医科大学预防医学专业，获学士学位，并于同年攻读本校神经毒理学研究生，1996年毕业获硕士学位。同年考入上海医科大学(现复旦大学医学院)，在医学神经生物学国家重点实验室攻读博士研究生，1999年毕业获博士学位。同年9月赴美国麻省理工学院的生物系及McGovern脑研究所做博士后工作，至2003年9月转至哈佛大学分子与细胞生物系继续博士后工作，2005年元月被南京医科大学聘为神经生物学系主任、教授、博士生导师，2006年被评为江苏省“青蓝工程”中青年学术带头人。2008年遴选为校内第一层次特聘教授。现为美国神经科学会会员，主持国家自然科学基金面上基金两项、国家自然科学基金海外青年合作基金一项（国内合作方）、教育部回国留学基金一项、江苏省自然科学基金青年创新人才学术带头人基金及江苏省高校自然科学重大项目各一项。
